How does your return policy work?

We want you to love what you buy from us. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we have a fair and easy return policy for our food and drinks products. Here’s what you can do: If you got a product that’s damaged, expired or not what you ordered, please let us know within 14 days from delivery, with a photo of the product and the receipt. We’ll give you your money back or send you a new product for free. If you got a product that’s fine, but not what you wanted, you can send it back within 14 days from delivery, as long as it’s still sealed and unused. Please contact us to get the return form and instructions for shipping. You’ll have to pay for the shipping costs. We’ll give you your money back once we get and check the product. If you bought a themed box, you can send back the whole box or any of the products in it, following the same rules as above. We don’t take back part of a themed box. Our return policy follows the Consumer Code and the rules for online sales of food and drinks. You can find out more on our page about returns and refunds. Our gift cards are easy to buy and send online. You can choose how much you want to spend, from 10€ to 100€, and write a personal message for your lucky recipient. We’ll send you an email with the gift card code and a link to share it with them. They can enter the code at checkout and enjoy their discount.
