Shipments

Thanks for shopping with us! We’re committed to giving you the best service possible and getting your products to you fast and safe. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy.

Processing times

We’ll get your order ready within 1-2 business days after payment. We’ll send you an email confirmation when it’s good to go. If there’s any delay due to high demand or logistic issues, we’ll let you know ASAP.

Shipping methods

We’ve got different shipping options for you depending on where you live and how much your order weighs. You can choose from:

Standard shipping: get it in 3-5 business days, pay according to weight and location.

Express shipping: get it in 1-2 business days, pay a flat rate of 9.99€.

Free shipping: get it in 3-5 business days, pay nothing if your order is over 49.99€.

Costs

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, weight and location of your order. It’s not included in the product price and it’s added to the total order.

Delivery times

The delivery times we give you are estimates and not guarantees. Sometimes things happen that are out of our hands, like bad weather, strikes, customs issues or other surprises. We suggest you check the status of your order with the tracking code we’ll give you.

Order tracking

We’ll send you an email with the tracking code of your order once it’s shipped. You can use this code to track your package on the courier’s website. If you have any trouble with tracking or don’t get the code, just contact us by email or phone and we’ll help you out.

Shipping restrictions

We ship all over Italy and some European countries. We don’t ship to some remote areas or areas with special restrictions. If your address is not covered by our shipping service, we’ll tell you before payment and offer you some alternatives.

Damaged or lost items

We take care of your products during shipping and make sure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and send us a photo of the damage. We’ll give you a refund or a free replacement. If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find your package and fix the problem.

Customs and import taxes

If your order is shipped outside Italy, you may have to pay some customs and import taxes when you get it. These taxes depend on the laws of the country you live in and we can’t control them. We recommend you check for any extra costs before placing an international order.

Warranty and liability

Thank you for purchasing our products. We want to offer you the maximum satisfaction and security in your purchase. For this reason, we inform you about our warranty and liability policy.

Legal warranty

All products sold on our website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code (legislative decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments). The legal warranty applies only to consumers, i.e. natural persons who act for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity possibly carried out.

The legal warranty protects you in case of defects of conformity of the products with respect to the sales contract. A product is in conformity with the contract if:

it is suitable for the use to which goods of the same type are usually used;

it conforms to the description made by the seller and possesses the qualities of the good that the seller presented to the consumer as a sample or model;

it has the quality and performance usual of a good of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the good and, if applicable, the public statements on the specific characteristics of the goods made in this regard by the seller, by the producer or by his agent or representative;

it is suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer, if brought to the knowledge of the seller at the time of conclusion of the contract and that the seller has accepted.

The legal warranty lasts 2 years from delivery of the product. If the defect occurs within 12 months of delivery, it is presumed that it was already present at delivery, unless proven otherwise. If the defect occurs after 12 months from delivery, you must prove that it was already present at delivery.

If you believe that the product purchased is defective or not in conformity with the contract, you can exercise your rights under the legal warranty by contacting us by email or phone within 2 months from discovery of the defect.

In case of lack of conformity, you have the right to:

the repair or replacement of the product, without charge, at your choice, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other;

an adequate reduction in price or termination of contract, at your choice, if repair or replacement are impossible or excessively burdensome, or have not been carried out within a reasonable time, or have caused significant inconvenience.

Conventional warranty In addition to the legal warranty, some products sold on our website may be covered by a conventional warranty offered directly by the manufacturer or by an intermediary. The conventional warranty is voluntary and additional to the legal warranty. Its conditions, duration and activation methods are indicated in the documentation attached to the product or on the manufacturer’s website.

Liability We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper or incorrect use of products purchased on our website, or from causes of force majeure or chance. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to causes of force majeure or chance, or problems dependent on the courier or third parties. We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to products shipped outside Italy.

get it fixed or replaced for free, unless that’s impossible or too expensive compared to the other option;

get a partial refund or cancel your order, if fixing or replacing it is impossible or too expensive, or takes too long, or causes you too much trouble.

Conventional warranty Some products on our website may also have a conventional warranty offered by the manufacturer or someone else. The conventional warranty is extra and voluntary, and doesn’t affect the legal warranty. You can find out more about the conditions, duration and activation of the conventional warranty in the documents that come with the product or on the manufacturer’s website.

Liability We’re not liable for any damages caused by using our products in the wrong way, or by things we can’t control, like natural disasters or accidents. We’re not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by things we can’t control, or by problems with the courier or other people. We’re not liable for any customs or import taxes on products shipped outside Italy.
